Because our formulations are personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. This strict hygiene policy ensures that every jar you receive is guaranteed to be brand new, sanitary, and completely safe for your scalp.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Your experience is our top priority. If your product arrives damaged during transit, or if you receive the incorrect item, we will gladly make it right. Please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order. Simply include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will immediately evaluate the issue and expedite a replacement to you.
